At Maddie Norton Sports Performance, we work with athletes of all different sports from as young as 7 years old, to the collegiate and professional level. At MNSP, it is important to us that we help our athletes achieve elite athleticism and peak performance by incorporating the following into each athletes program..
1. Prehab & Injury Prevention
Focus on strengthening muscles needed for proper and effective joint motion, which increases performance while decreasing risk of common sport related and overuse injuries (#1 PRIORITY)
2. Balance/Stabilization/Core Training
Focuses on increasing stability and bodily awareness as well as building the foundation for all necessary movement
3. Speed Training
Focuses on increasing top speed through proper mechanics and technique
4. Power Training
Focuses on increasing explosiveness through plyometrics and throwing exercises
5. Agility Training
Focuses on enhancing ability to change direction quickly as well as accelerate and decelerate
6. Cardiovascular Training
Focuses on improving sport specific endurance and overall health
7. Strength Training
Focuses on increasing muscle mass and strength through age appropriate resistance training and bodyweight exercise
